An officer with Florida Fish and Wildlife was patrolling the Mahogany Mill Boat Ramp in Pensacola, FL when he contacted a charter vessel to conduct a resource inspection.
In the end, Matthew was charged with possession of undersized triggerfish. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $344.44 in costs and fines.
Prior to this interaction, Miller had priors that included possession of an undersized Greater Amberjack and possession of an out of season Gag Grouper. Since this interaction, he has been charged with possession of undersized red snapper after officers located 6 undersized red snapper on his vessel with guests on board.
