BEST NEW YEARS DAY TROUT FISHING I'VE EVER HAD (Fly Fishing)
Hey Guys! Due to the crazy weather in Virginia this year, I had 50 and almost 60 degree weather, the perfect weather on New Year's Day to go trout fishing. Throughout this entire video, I only used two flies! A Meyers Mini Leech and a Rainbow Warrior midge. If you're curious on how to tie a Rainbow Warrior midge, check out my first giveaway video.
Back to back I catch my first wild rainbow trout and first native brook trout while euro nymph fly fishing the two flies mentioned above. It was a day to remember for sure.
