It’s August 2025 and a buddy and I were talking about where to go to catch big high country Brookies!
The reason the go pro is pointed down in this video is because he and I agreed to keep this spot as undercover as possible! I had been to this area and hiked the lake many years prior (but had never fished it)! My buddy said to give it a try, but we both swore to secrecy!
I didn’t exactly tear it up, but I landed one really nice one (over a foot long)! Unfortunately, even if you’re my best friend, I cannot tell you this spot :)
