This simple caddis I came up with last year is basically a mix between a standard Elk Hair Caddis, a Kings' River Caddis and a Letort Hopper.

Hook: #12-16 dry fly
Thread: Cream, or to match the body
Body: Cream synthetic dubbing (or your choice of color)
Flash: Four strands of thin Crystal Flash
Underwing: Mottled turkey slip
Wing: Deer hair
