It’s a hard lesson we’ve learned. Never *ever* take a “script” to the outdoors… the conditions will laugh at you, sure. The fish will flip you off, always. Things that never go wrong, will go wrong.
But more importantly, you’ll miss the spontaneous magic that makes it all worth it. Whether it’s @mbmeeks.blockprints notching a warrior bass when @redeyebassflyfishing was struggling to find one… to Dan pummeled by 400 tuna.
The outdoors just has more stories than we can write.
