In the first "How-to" video I made, I showed how to make flat top 3" swimbaits using a plastic tray and plaster of paris. In this video, I show how to make 2-piece molds for full-body plastic fishing lures.

Due to these molds having 2 parts, it takes 2x as long to create the molds. That said, it is still super fast and easy at only about 5-7 minutes of actual working time.

Materials for making the plaster mold.

UPDATE: After making and posting this video, I did drill a very small vent hole to the tail of the lure. This allows the air bubble to escape and creates a perfect tail. Without the vent hole, the tail was not perfect 100% of the pours.
