I travel to a remote tropical creek with my mini mothership and inflatable 3.3m Big Duck dinghy. Where I drop the crab pots in the water to catch sand and mud crabs. I also sleep the night on the boat. The next day I fish with lures, despite the danger of being in a crocodile infested area. I am rewarded with a huge mangrove jack that I catch on a soft plastic lure. Which I eat for lunch preparing the fish with chilli and lime on a bed of rice with sour cream, a delicious and healthy meal.
