Blue Crabs, in this video we'll be setting our Blue Crab Traps (Pots) in the Indian River Lagoon. I heard that the Blue Crabs moved into shallow water so I decided to give it a try, (Bad Idea). After baiting our blue crab traps we set them and let them soak for 2 days. When the 2 days were up we pulled the traps and had very disappointing results, the blue crabs weren't in shallow water, we pulled all 7 traps and and headed home to decide how to prepare the few crabs we caught. Biscuits and Blue Crab Gravy was what sounded good to both of us, that was a very good idea, it turned out great and saved the day. I picked the crabs which yielded quite a bit of blue crab meat.
