Catch and cooks on the beach are the best! Expect for this one, where eating stingray turned out to be different than expected. The meat did not taste like traditional fish, but rather like oysters or some strong-flavored crustaceans! It was.........interesting, but I am glad I tried it. Anyone have any stingray recipes for me?
