Catch, Clean & Cook * Chinook Salmon *

This was my FIRST time fishing for salmon, and boy was it a good time! We hit the Columbia River in Oregon in search of chinook salmon and white sturgeon. After landing my first salmon, we went out for a day of sturgeon fishing and caught loads of them. I filleted the salmon right at the boat dock and cooked it up back at camp. A catch, clean, and cook success! #fishing #salmon
