Catching, cleaning and cooking a brand new fish! After catching what was close to a personal best peacock bass, I then started catching big tilapia free lining the biggest shrimp I could find in my bucket! It is so cool trying all these new types of fishing. The tilapia tasted amazing - so light, so flaky, so fresh!
