Catch n' Cook FLOUNDER in MONKEY Sauce!

My brother and I hit the bridge for a little bridge fishing on the South Carolina coast. We found a school of flounder feeding on mullet and had a great time catching and cooking the flat fish in a new sauce - monkey sauce!
