The rivers of Northern Australia are a seafood lover's paradise. The abundance of fish, crabs and prawns (shrimp) will satisfy the harshest of food critics. In this episode I catch and cook seafood straight from the river in a small boat. I set crab pots (traps) for mud crabs and throw a cast net to catch prawns for lunch. The diversity and beauty of nature is at its pinnacle in these river systems. I hope you enjoy joining me on this adventure!
