Weakfish, in this video we'll be fishing for Weakfish out of Ponce Inlet only about a mile offshore. I love catching Weakfish it reminds me of when I was young in New Jersey and the Weakfish were plentiful (in the 60's and 70's). We were fishing out of our Sea Hunt and except for some swell it was a beautiful day. After fishing for less than 2 hours, because we got a late start as usual we still ended up with a nice mess of Weakfish. When we got home I fileted the Weakfish and the next day Joyce made delicious stuffed Weakfish using Blue Crab meat from crabs we recently caught.
