Today we head deep into the gulf of Mexico to target the many snapper species found in these fruitful waters. We encounter red snapper, yellowtail snapper, mangrove snapper and various grouper. When you see fish exploding to the surface they are full of air and barotrauma is the culprit of this phenomenon.
