Fishing the bottom of a river for BIG BLUEGILL!! (Catch and Cook)!!
In this video I went fishing at a new spot on the river, the goal was to bottom fish for some big bluegill bream. I have fished this spot before with a cane pole and had great success, so I had high hopes in catching some quality fish. I was using redworms and chicken liver for bait and it did not take long to catch the first big fish of the day. After a few hours of fishing, I had caught a lot of fish and a mixed variety as well including a soft-shelled turtle which I released. I brought the fish that I had kept home to cook which I did so using an electric deep fryer; it was a great day of fishing, and the fried fish was delicious.
