***Everything you see in this video was legal and abides by FWC rules and regulations for sharks in Florida!***
We headed down south to do some Florida Keys bridge fishing! After seeing a bunch of big Bull Sharks harassing my fish, I decided to drop down a shark bait and it did not take long to hook up! The Florida Keys have some great land based fishing shark fishing spots! I have released hundreds of sharks in my lifetime and while I generally practice catch and release, I occasionally harvest a shark. This was my first Bull shark and it made for an awesome catch clean cook video. In Florida you are allowed to keep 1 Bull shark per person per day, with a minimum fork length of 54inches. Florida biologists have determined that FL waters have a sustainable and harvestable amount of Bull Sharks, which is why we are allowed to keep them!
