Fried Ladyfish fish cakes/sausage patties!! Yeap, you read that right! lol
This is a SE Asian recipe. Passed down from my mom and then I just tweaked a little from Laotian/Cambodian influences. The results, AMAZING!

Fried Ladyfish fish sausage patties (In Vietnamese: Chả Cá Chiên) RECIPE:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BASED ON 1LB OF RAW MEAT (multiply as needed)
Ingredients:
1 lb ladyfish meat
2.5 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp peanut oil (or any type you prefer)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp palm sugar
1.5 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp chopped lemongrass
1/2 Tbsp chopped shallots
1/2 cup chopped scallion
Oil for frying (enough for 1" oil depth in frying pan)
