Ahoy Legends! This week Shauno and I head out to targeted one of the tastiest fish I've ever eaten jigging in 450m! Even though the weather was rough the fishing was red hot with double hook ups and all sorts of deep-sea critters. I then show how to fillet my two best fish of the trip and take them down to chef Julian's house to see which one is the best!
