Every year bluefis by the millions migrate down Florida's coast and on average they are 1-3lbs. Every once in a while we get a huge of run gator blues which are 10+ pounds. These Giant bluefish don't always migrate down, but when they do it is abosulte mayhem on the beach. Bluefish are also considered trash fish by many people, due to their oily flesh, soft texture and poor shelf life. However when eaten fresh, bled and properly iced these fish make amazing table fare!
