Fly Fishing a small creek for trout!! What kind of trout do you think I lost??
In this video I fish a brand new stream in an attempt to catch some native wild brook trout. I end up doing just that and also catching some wild rainbow trout that I had no idea actually existed in this drainage. I also hooked and lost an overly large trout and I'm not even sure what kind of trout it was!!
This stream was gorgeous and truly an incredible treat to fish. Streams like this are all over the Appalachian mountains and are just waiting to be explored. If you want to go on an awesome adventure then grab the fly rod and hit the stream! You can't catch them if you're sitting on the couch at home.
