Kicking things off in Florida, with some spectacular tarpon action, the story then takes us to a fantastic lodge in Patagonia for some of the world's best rainbow and brown trout fishing. Back in the USA, we're in Louisiana in the wake of hurricane Katrina to see how the redfish fishery was affected post Katrina. Boasting a huge estuarine system, there are more redfish here per acre than anywhere and less fishing pressure. Henry's Fork on the Snake river is next and can probably claim to offer the best dry fly fishing in the USA. With an incrediby diverse array of water, and beautiful scenery, this is a stunning place to fly fish. In Venezuela, we're in Los Roques which as most people would is one of the best bonefish flats fisheries in the world. Finally, we're in Alaska, possibly the most iconic sport fishery in the world where Ray Peterson set up the first fly in lodge operation, setting the standard for the many lodges that followed.
