We all use different chatterbait trailers when fishing for bass especially in spring depending on if you're fishing clear water all the way down to super muddy water. What I didn't know is how the size of your soft plastic trailer - like a swimbait or creature bait - affects the action of the lure and how erratic the chatterbait moves when retrieving it.
