Team Squidward 3 x Falmouth Bluefin Success π£ 8 Tuna to the Boat!
What an incredible weekend on the Cornish coast! With the line screaming off multiple times, these Atlantic Bluefin Tuna put our gear β and our stamina β to the ultimate test. Known as one of the hardest-fighting fish in the world, every run and every turn was pure adrenaline.
Over two unforgettable days, Team Squidward 3 landed eight magnificent tuna, including two true giants measuring 90β and 93β. The biggest fish came to mackerel baits, while the others were taken on popping gear using Ronz Big Game HD lures, the Shimano Stella 20000, and Howk Bullfighter 200 rods β an explosive setup that delivered some incredible surface strikes.
Each fish was carefully revived and released under the CHART Bluefin Tuna Catch-and-Release Program, proving that sport and sustainability can go hand in hand.
