I took our boat out east of Galveston to Sabine Pass, TX. We went to fish the jetties, but the weather for fishing offshore was excellent! We took a trip 9 miles offshore, and hooked an absolutely MASSIVE FISH! After fishing 9 miles offshore on a platform/rig we decided to make our way back to the jetties. We then took a quick stop to fish some buoys in the nearshore waters of the gulf of America, and the buoys did not disappoint! We caught some amazing fish, and I took them home to cook them up in a delicious recipe.
