Bluegill & Big Shellcracker from the WITHLACOOCHEE river!! (Catch Clean Cook)!
In this video Stephanie and I was fishing the Withlacoochee River in hopes of catching some big shellcracker and bluegill bream. I was using red worms as bait instead of chicken livers which I normally use when fishing the river, after casting the first line into the water it didn't take long to get a bite from a bluegill. Minutes later we started catching multiple fish in a row and a couple of times we we're doubled up at the same time. Eventually we made a move further down river in hopes of finding some more big fish and to my surprise I found shellcrackers that were on the bed, and we started catching multiple fish that were big. We kept enough to clean and cook for lunch right there on the tailgate of the truck down by the river and overall, it was a great day to be fishing.
