After catching a couple really nice salmon (weakfish, trout, corvina), a couple weeks ago, I decided to try a different method of cooking it...Now, not everything went according to plan, but in the end it turned out great!
This is definitely a method for you to try on the next fish you catch...Ditch the aluminum foil and use some organic banana leaves!
