It was a really quiet Tuesday. The girls were down with the flu and all chores were handled. We were very lucky to have sun on this day and I wasted no time in setting up the fireside. Half of the work was already done as Lasana's sister had gifted us with a Red Snapper that was already perfectly cleaned. Fireside food brings a totally different cooking and flavour experience and we are so happy to share it all with you. Enjoy.
