FISHING AFTER A CYCLONE!! [Brown Trout]

This week I go check out one of my favourite rivers to see what shape it is in after the Cyclone and a summer of floods and constant rain. It was another cold, windy and rainy day in the hills and although the water was clear, it was still running high.
Obvious signs of the floods and damage was visible all around but were the fish still there....?
