If you are used to fishing smaller Stillwater venues, then a taking on a large expanse of water such as Rutland can be very daunting. In this video I am joined by Ronnie Christie, this is the man that took me under his wing and taught me how to Fly Fish. He has a wealth of Fly Fishing experience and a methodical way of working through the often complex problem of catching trout!
This is part of a series of videos that concentrates on the larger venues and how best to approach them. If you are new to fishing from a boat I hope they will add some value and maybe even give you the confidence to give it a go.
