I love fishing for big bass, sturgeon, trout, and salmon, down to small panfish, like crappie and bluegill or pumpkinseed sunfish. Monster fish are great, but the little ones are still fun too. I fish mostly in the lower mainland; around the Vancouver area in BC. When I first started to get back into fishing I spent a lot of time at Deer Lake in Burnaby. I believe that's where I first started bass fishing. Now I occasionally hit the Fraser River for big ol' sturgeon. 2017 was my first time fishing for sturgeon, as well as my first time ice fishing. I don't claim to be a good fisherman, but I love to do it.
