Frankie and I jumped into the SCLEOA tournament on May 3, 2024. There has been a TON of pressure on the lake and it seems to have made it difficult to get a bite on “normal” herring spawn baits. The fish still seem to be in the same areas - but aren’t responding to the typical assortment of herring imitators. Regardless, Lake Murray remains hot and tons of big fish are being caught!
