Got out for an afternoon of bass fishing on Lake Guntersville on Friday, March 21st. Had a pretty decent day. Explored some new areas and found some good areas with good grass. Unfortunately, I wasted a good portion of the afternoon fishing the North Sauty bridge trying to get a big bite, and I had a giant come off on the chatterbait late in the day. I did find some beds and one even had a bass on it. The chatterbait bite should get even better over the next week. Get out and go shallow. Every bass I caught was in less than 4ft of water.
