June can be a dangerous time for carp lakes and it’s not unusual to lose fish, especially following extreme weather events. There is no worse feeling than driving to the lake, knowing that your first job is to look for bodies… It’s taken us many years to learn what we need to do to give our fish the best chance of making it through the summer.
